League Structure:

• 16 Teams: Representing each of Ric Flair's world titles.
• Four Divisions: Named after two iconic wrestling events Flair headlined and two stables he was instrumental in:
• Starrcade Division
• Great American Bash Division
• Evolution Division
• Four Horsemen Division
• Draft Order via Virtual Royal Rumble Match: Experience the thrill of wrestling with a virtual Royal Rumble match to determine the draft order. Feel the adrenaline as your team's chosen superstar fights for the best draft position.

Team Requirements:

• Wrestling-Themed Team Names: Each team must adopt a wrestling-themed team name to celebrate the sport’s rich history and Flair's unparalleled legacy.
• Video Availability: All managers must be willing and able to participate in the League's Yoiutube show upon request as well as provide "wrestling-style" promo videos regarding an upcoming matchup. This is not the league for you if you are not willing to participate in our YouTube show or submit trash talk videos.
• Active Facebook Accounts: All managers must have active Facebook accounts to join the exclusive Flair Fantasy Football League Facebook group.

Championship Rewards:

• The Big Gold Belt: The league champion will be awarded a stunning replica of the "Big Gold Belt" made famous by Flair himself. This championship belt will transfer from champion to champion each season if the reigning champion fails to defend the championship successfully.
• Winner Takes All: True to the motto, "If you're not first, you're last," only the league champion will receive a payout. There are no second-place prizes in this ultimate competition.

Flair Fantasy Football League Rules & Regulations

1. Platform: Sleeper
2. League Fee: $25.00
3. League Size: 16 total teams. Four 4 team divisions.
4. Payouts: League Champion - $320 + Championship Belt (Championship belt is the property of Boomtown Media, LLC and will be transferred between champions at the conclusion of each season).
5. League Type: Redraft league with no Keepers.
6. Scoring: PPR
7. Regular Season: Weeks 1 through 14 Week.
8. Draft: August 18, 2024 beginning at 7:30 pm ET
9. Playoff Format: TBA; Format will resemble a wrestling card with the intent to have the Championship week to feature a Triple Threat Style Matchup (i.e. three teams competing for the league championship in Week 17).
10. Starters: The starting lineup must consist of 9 players: 1 Quarterback, 2 Running Backs, 2 Wide Receivers, 1 Tight End, 1 Flex (WR/RB/TE), 1 Kicker, 1 Defense/Special Teams.
11. Reserve Players / Bench: Teams can only roster 6 reserve / bench players.
12. Injured Reserve (IR): Teams can roster no more than 2 players in IR slots.
13. Draft Roster Max: 2 Quarterbacks, 4 Running Backs, 6 Wide Receivers, 2 Tight Ends, 2 Kickers, 2 Defenses
14. Free Agent Lock Type: Non rostered players will lock each week at their individual game time.
15. Roster Lock Type: Each player is locked at his individual game time.
16. Trades: All teams (with the exception of the teams involved in the trade) will be given 48 hours to vote on accepted trades. If more than half of the league’s teams vote against an accepted trade, the trade will be reversed. If both teams involved in a reversed trade dispute the reversal, the commissioner will review the trade. If, in the commissioner’s opinion, the trade involved collusion and/or if the trade was blatantly in favor of one team, the trade reversal will be upheld.
17. Trade Backs: No back trading is allowed. Once a team trades a player away, that team cannot receive the same player back in a later trade. The only way to get that player back is off of the free agent list. This is to avoid collusion.
18. Trade Deadline: The trade deadline is Week 11.
19. Throwing Games: The act of “throwing games”, which is losing on purpose by submitting a lineup full of players that would not normally be started, will not be tolerated. Commissioner action, such as the possible removal from the league, may be taken.
20. Waiver Period: League Waiver Period is 2 days. This will freeze dropped players for 2 full days to allow all interested teams the opportunity to submit a waiver claim.
21. Waiver Type: Inverse Order of Standings. Gives priority to teams lowest in the overall league standings each week and moves teams to the lowest waiver priority after each successful claim.

1. James J. Dillon Manager of the Year Award: The James J. Dillon MVP Award is a prestigious honor bestowed upon the most valuable manager in the Flair Fantasy Football League. Named after the legendary manager of the Four Horsemen, J.J. Dillon, this award celebrates exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and consistent performance throughout the season. The award is given to the winner by factoring in the following awards in conjunction with season success:
